Alliance Development Partners has executed a lease with Speedway’s parent company, 7-Eleven, Inc, with plans to deliver the site by Q2 2027. The proposed Speedway will feature a 5,360 SF Convenience Store, with 8 MPDs and 6 Commercial Fuel Lanes. The +/- 4.68-acre development is the current site of a truck sales lot and is ideally located to capitalize on existing truck traffic on I-40 and I-440.
