Located within a repurposed industrial facility, SOHO212 Salon Suites follows the recent trend of offering sub-leased suites to entrepreneur-minded beauty professionals. The 2,500 SF space houses nine general beauty suites, three massage suites, and one nail suite. Each suite, at approximately 100 SF, was delivered with basic finishes, allowing each lessee to customize the look and feel of their space. In addition to the leased suites, the space includes two waiting areas for clients, a breakroom, and an office for the Owner.
